- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of data architecture strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration techniques.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing.
- Ability to design scalable and effective data storage solutions.
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
