This position will be based in Bengaluru, India. The role will report to the Ethics & Compliance Testing & Monitoring Lead and will support the Ethics & Compliance function by using data analytics, automation, and AI to improve monitoring, investigations, training, and annual compliance programs.

What you will accomplish

- Build and run periodic testing and monitoring frameworks for Ethics & Compliance policies.

- Develop tools and data repositories to consolidate compliance data and support reporting.

- Integrate AI into day-to-day Ethics & Compliance activities and identify practical use cases.

- Provide data analysis support for investigations and whistleblower matters.

- Support compliance training through analytics, reporting, and targeted insights.

- Analyze annual programs such as Ethics Surveys, Conflict of Interest questionnaires, certifications, and risk assessments.

- Develop dashboards, reports, risk indicators, and management insights.

- Work with cross-functional teams to obtain, validate, and analyze relevant data.

What you will bring





- The ideal candidate should have 3+ yrs of experience in data analytics, data visualization, automation, and AI tools.

- Solid proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data extraction, cleaning, analysis, and reporting.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to build dashboards and communicate insights clearly.

- Knowledge of data automation and workflow optimisation to improve recurring monitoring and reporting processes.

- Understanding of statistical analysis, trend identification, and anomaly detection to support risk and compliance reviews.

- Prior exposure to compliance, risk, audit, fraud, or investigations workstreams is strongly preferred.

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively; proficiency in English is required.

- Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.

- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Additional relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
