Job Summary

Potful India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and analytical fresh graduates to join our team as Management Trainees – Data Analyst. This role is designed to develop future business leaders by providing hands-on exposure to data analysis, business reporting, and operational decision-making. The selected candidates will work closely with various departments to analyze data, prepare reports, and generate insights that drive business growth.

DATA ANALYST – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

Data Handling: Extract, organize, clean, and work with raw data from internal systems. 2.

Excel Skills: Use Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, reports, trackers, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas. 3.

MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and within timelines. 4.

Data Accuracy: Identify data mismatches, missing information, errors, and unusual variances and coordinate for corrections. 5.

Data Analysis: Analyze data and provide meaningful observations, trends, and variances to the management/team. 6.

Outlet Coordination:



Coordinate with outlet teams across different cities to collect information and resolve data-related queries.

- Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with multiple stakeholders and ensure pending tasks are completed on time. 8.

Multitasking: Should be capable of handling multiple reports, responsibilities, and priorities simultaneously. 9.

Communication: Should have valuable communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal. 10.

Shift Flexibility: Should be comfortable working in shifts, No night shifts will be required for this position.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Charts).

Basic knowledge of SQL.

Basic understanding of Power BI or Tableau.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

Excellent problem-solving ability.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:

BCA

B.Sc. (Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science)

BE/B.Tech

MBA (Freshers)
