Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights
- Prepare reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Work closely with different departments to understand data needs
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Present findings to management in a clear and structured manner

Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, and data cleaning.
- Good knowledge of SQL, including SELECT queries, JOINs, GROUP BY, subqueries, and data aggregation.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, data cleaning, data validation, and data interpretation.
- Ability to prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Good understanding of KPIs, metrics, and business reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work with large datasets and organize complex information effectively.
- Good understanding of statistics and basic data analysis concepts.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly to management and business teams.
- Ability to convert business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
- Valuable time-management skills and ability to handle multiple reporting requirements within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python (optional but preferred)

Salary: ₹15,000- 25000 (Monthly) Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months -1 years
