About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our SCM Warehouse & Logistics department in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting warehouse operations by analyzing data, preparing comprehensive reports, and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Power BI and Advanced Excel, enabling them to develop insightful dashboards and generate accurate reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, or Warehouse Operations.
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
- Experience in warehouse or third-party logistics (3PL) reporting is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and third-party vendors.
- Ability to manage large datasets accurately and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily,



weekly, and monthly warehouse reports covering key areas such as inventory levels, order processing efficiency, productivity metrics, and overall operational performance.
- Develop and update Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into warehouse KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize Advanced Excel techniques for detailed data analysis, MIS preparation, reconciliations, and trend identification.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers by preparing and reviewing their reports, validating data accuracy, and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Analyze warehouse data to identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Share actionable insights with warehouse and management teams to enhance operational productivity and efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data-backed recommendations and insights.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in all reports and dashboards.
