Role Description This full-time Data Analyst role at IQlytics Solutions is a hybrid position based in Noida, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

The Data

Analyst will gather, clean, and validate data from various sources, build dashboards and reports, and perform exploratory and statistical analysis to generate insights. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining analytical models, supporting AI-driven solutions, and translating data findings into clear recommendations for business stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams in commercial, operations, supply chain,



and finance to understand requirements, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and identify trends and patterns.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Statistics and Data Modeling to design robust analyses, build predictive models, and validate results.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to present insights clearly, prepare concise reports, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience with data tools and technologies such as SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics or visualization platform (e.g., Python/R, Power BI, Tableau).
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and in a team-based, hybrid setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science is preferred; relevant certifications in analytics or AI are a plus.
