Seeking a Agile Data & MIS Analyst for a D2C brand based in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

● Extract, clean, and analyze e-commerce and FMCG data, including marketplace, sales, and marketing data, using modern AI-assisted analytics tools.

● Build consumer analytics capabilities, including segmentation, consumer behavior, and purchase-pattern analysis, to support growth strategies.

● Design and maintain live/real-time data visualization dashboards for daily management updates.

● Analyze historical data to identify new insights and trends that support business and product decisions.

● Conduct secondary research using open-source data for business planning and market sizing.

● Conduct regular weekly competitive and market audits, tracking key competitors on pricing,

positioning, and performance.

● Partner with business teams, including E-commerce, Sales, and CRM, to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in any domain





● Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

● Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, or equivalent.

● Basic knowledge of Python or scripting for data cleaning and automation, including pandas or equivalent tools.

● Understanding of e-commerce marketplace data structures, including Amazon/Shopify seller metrics and D2C/Shopify analytics.

● Experience with marketplace analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.

● Exposure to FMCG or consumer goods category data.

● Familiarity with competitive intelligence and market research tools.

● Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively to team members.
