We are looking for an experienced D365 CRM Senior Technical / Lead with robust expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, development, integrations, and technical leadership .
? Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop & customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Work with Dataverse, Plugins, Workflows & Business Process Flows
• Develop integrations using APIs & Azure services
- Lead technical discussions and solution design
- Review technical deliverables and mentor developers
- Troubleshoot production issues and performance problems
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders
? Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM / D365 CRM
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript & Dataverse
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Sales
• Strong experience in Plugins, Workflows & CRM Customizations
• Experience with Power Platform & Azure integrations
• Good understanding of CRM Architecture & ALM
