Role Description

- Job Title: D365 Finance Functional Consultant
- Location: Pune (Onsite)
- Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST (General)
- Experience: 2–3 Years of hands-on D365/AX Finance experience

We are hiring a dedicated D365 Finance Functional Consultant responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules.

Key duties include leading requirements gathering sessions, performing detailed gap analysis, and configuring core financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets. The consultant will translate complex business needs into effective D365 solutions,



ensuring seamless system design and adherence to financial best practices throughout the project lifecycle. You will be instrumental in executing full-cycle deployments, including data migration, rigorous testing, and delivering user training.

Qualifications

- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with D365/Dynamics AX Finance implementations.
- Core Skills: Solid expertise in business process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder communication.
- Functional Expertise: Hands-on configuration experience with core financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
- Implementation Lifecycle: Proven involvement in full-cycle deployments, data migration, testing, and user training.
- Education & Background: Essential background in Finance or IT. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Preferred Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and a relevant Microsoft certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate).
