We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented D2C Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in order fulfillment, courier coordination, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end D2C logistics operations, including order processing, pick-up, and delivery.
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pick-up and on-time delivery.
- Track shipments and monitor delivery performance; resolve exceptions and delays.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment in coordination with the warehouse team.
- Handle returns, replacements, and delivery-related customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to shipments, returns, and delivery performance.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business).
- 1–3 years of experience in D2C logistics, order fulfillment, or courier operations.
- Hands-on experience coordinating with courier partners and managing deliveries.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with major courier platforms such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, DTDC, or similar.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and shipping tools.
- Experience handling high-volume order processing.
