D2C Growth Executive — Callas (Mittal Distributors India)

About Us

Callas is a top-selling DIY furniture brand on Amazon India (₹3+ cr/month), manufacturing desks, beds, wardrobes, and more at our Sonipat facility. We're scaling our Shopify D2C site (callas.in) and need our first dedicated D2C hire to build this channel from near-zero to ₹30–50 lakh/month in 6 months.

What You'll Own

- Run and optimize the Shopify storefront (callas.in) end-to-end
- Plan and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with clear ROAS targets (budget: ₹50K–1L/month)
- Grow Instagram from ~1,400 to 10,000+ followers via reels, shopping, and engagement
- Set up and manage Google Shopping and basic SEO
- List on Meesho; manage YouTube, Pinterest, and B2B inquiry pages
- Use Claude (AI) daily for ad copy, reporting, competitor analysis, and content

Must Have





- 1–3 years running a Shopify or similar e-commerce store
- Proven Meta Ads experience — bring your ROAS numbers
- Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Pixel, and audience-building skills
- Canva (minimum); design skills for making creatives yourself
- Strong written English + Hindi; comfortable with data/spreadsheets
- Self-starter — you'll own this function solo

Nice to Have: Google Ads, Amazon/Flipkart knowledge, video editing (CapCut/InShot), AI tool experience, furniture/D2C background Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
