Key Responsibilities

Handle enquiries and requirements received through our lead generation.

Speak with interested customers, understand their requirements and identify genuine business opportunities.

Collect product, quantity, pricing and delivery requirements from customers.

Coordinate with customers throughout the order process.

Coordinate with vendors for product availability, pricing, quantity and delivery timelines.

Handle purchase and vendor coordination.

Compare vendor options and coordinate purchases.

Coordinate between customers, vendors, purchase and delivery.

Maintain customer, vendor, purchase and order details in CRM/Excel.

Follow up on pending orders, materials, dispatches and deliveries.

Escalate key pricing, quality or delivery issues to the owner.

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
