Customer Support Intern

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

About the Role iMED Academy is looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our Kochi team.

You will be responsible for supporting students and parents, handling enquiries, coordinating follow-ups, and assisting with the admission and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student and parent queries through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, fees, schedules, and admission processes
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them through the enrolment journey
- Assist students with documentation, payments, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups in the CRM
- Coordinate with admissions, academic, and centre teams to resolve student queries
- Track pending requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Handle customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required
- Collect student feedback and share recurring concerns with the team




- Support day-to-day customer experience and centre operations

Requirements

- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience

• Malayalam and English communication skills are mandatory

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp conversations
- Basic knowledge of computers and Google Workspace
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain records
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work from our Kochi centre
