We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and resolve queries related to vehicle servicing, repairs, bookings, and other services.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding service status, appointments, pricing, and timelines.
- Coordinate with workshops, service teams, and other internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and pending concerns.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
- Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer complaints.
- Maintain service quality and achieve assigned customer support KPIs.
- Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM/software systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Candidates with prior experience in customer support, BPO, automotive, or service industries will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
