nRequired Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.n
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.n




- Basic understanding of ITIL/industry standards.n
- Familiarity with SDLC processes.n

nTechnical Skills

- ServiceNow ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).n
- Basic knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration.n
- Intermediate understanding of infrastructure environments.n
- Scripting and RegEx expertise:n
- JavaScriptn
- Unix Shell scriptingn
- Windows scriptingn
- PowerShelln
- Integration experience using REST API, SOAP, JDBC, SFTP.n
