Hiring: Malayalam + English Blended Process | Marathahalli, Bangalore

We are hiring Malayalam-speaking candidates for a Blended Customer Support Process. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Job Details:

- Process: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice)
- Languages: Malayalam & English
- Qualification: Graduate only
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Immediate Joiners preferred
- Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: General Shift
- Working Days: 6 Days
- Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
- Shift Duration: 9 hours (8 hours working + 1 hour break)
- Age Limit: Maximum 31 years

Salary – Fresher: 23,000 CTC Salary – Experienced: 26,000 CTC

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English
- Must be comfortable working in a blended process
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred
- Candidates must be willing to work from office in Marathahalli
