Job Role

We are hiring E-Commerce Seller Support Executives to handle seller/customer queries through chat support. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.

Key Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience is mandatory
- Fresher candidates are not eligible
- No freshers / no FRESHER hiring
- Excellent English written and verbal communication
- Strong typing and chat-handling skills
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
- Immediate joiners only

Working Schedule
- 5.5 working days / approximately 5 days per week

- Rotational night shifts
- 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM EST
- 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM EST
- 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST

Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 32,000 to 35,000 CTC per month
- Approx. 32,000 CTC as mentioned in the requirement
- Female employees: Free company cab facility
- Male employees: No cab facility




- TA: 180 per working day may be provided from Day 1 to Male candidates only
- TA mentioned: 4,000

Selection Process

2. Operations Final Round
3. Written English Assessment

- C1-level English score expected

Training
- Training duration: approximately 30–45 days
- Nesting/certification included
- Leave during training is generally not permitted
- Medical leave may be considered only with valid doctor's documentation
- Candidates must clear mandatory mock tests and assessments
- Failure to clear mandatory assessments may result in removal/termination from the process

Key
- Immediate joiners only
