? Key Responsibilities? Handle inbound & outbound calls with US & UK customers
? Provide professional customer support and resolve queries
? Generate, qualify & follow up on leads
? Explain products/services clearly to customers
? Achieve sales, lead generation & performance targets
? Maintain accurate customer & call records
? Follow process guidelines and quality standards
