Queens Jewel Emporium is hiring a full-time Customer Support Executive for our Coimbatore office to manage customer communication and after-sales support for our saree and jewellery divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, messages, and email
- Share product information, order status, and return or exchange details
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Communicate politely and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Must be currently residing in Coimbatore
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or call centre roles
- Fluency in English and Tamil (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and conflict-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, chat tools)
- Experience in fashion or jewellery support is an advantage
