Has to work on: - E-Commerce categories of furniture/home furnishing/mobile accessories/electronic appliances OR interiors/construction CRM.

KRA: -

1. Customer Support
2. Panel knowledge for Amazon, Flipkart, Gem, Shopify.
3. Advanced excel.

Other Requirement: -

1. VERY Positive spoken and written English.
2. Email writing and customer support skillset.
3. Should be able to handle client complaints and issues.
4. Should be versed with software such as Freshdesk My-Operator, HUBSPOT, Zoho, and/or similar CRM software. Prefer women. living close to Kirti Nagar. A native of Kerela.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
