Role
* Handle seller queries via Voice/Chat/Email
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, listings, returns, refunds, etc.
- Provide accurate and professional support
- Follow SOPs, policies, and quality standards
- Meet quality, productivity, and SLA targets
Eligibility
* 6–12 months experience in International Voice & Chat Process
- Seller Support experience is mandatory
- Valuable verbal & written communication
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts
