Role Description The Customer Support Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. In this position, the associate will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information on loan products, application status, and repayment options. The role involves resolving issues, guiding customers through documentation requirements, and ensuring a smooth, transparent service experience.

The associate will document interactions in the CRM system, escalate complex cases when needed,



and collaborate with sales and operations teams to support end-to-end customer journeys. The role also includes gathering customer feedback, identifying common pain points, and suggesting improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills to handle inquiries and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Sales capabilities to identify opportunities, explain loan offerings, and support conversions while maintaining customer trust.
- Training skills to help onboard new team members, share product knowledge, and guide customers through processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with explicit and empathetic customer interaction.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail in documentation.
- Familiarity with financial services or lending processes is an advantage, along with experience using CRM or support tools.
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
