About the Role

Chosenly is looking for a Customer Success Intern to work at the intersection of GEO strategy and client delivery. We help brands improve how they show up across AI search platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. You'll work closely with our Customer Success and GEO teams, getting hands on with the research, analysis, and execution behind real client results.

This is not a support ticket role. You will be doing the work that actually moves the needle on client visibility, with exposure to client calls and account strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Research AI visibility, keywords, competitors, and citations to identify opportunities for client accounts.
- Categorize BOFU keywords by intent, relevance, and client offerings.
- Spot content, citation, and mention opportunities across AI search results and relevant sites.
- Evaluate listicles, publications, and websites for client placement and outreach.
- Analyze competitor AI visibility, positioning, and citations to find gaps clients can win.
- QA client content for accuracy, positioning, and keyword alignment.
- Work in Excel/Sheets and internal GEO tools to organize and analyze client data.
- Support monthly client reports, GEO audits, and performance updates.
- Track month over month performance and surface the insights that matter.
- Support outreach: prospect research, tracking, and publisher follow up.
- Scan Reddit and online communities for relevant trends and opportunities.
- Join client calls and get real exposure to account management and GEO discussions.
- Keep client trackers and deliverables accurate and up to date.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Recent graduate interested in Customer Success, GEO, AI search, digital marketing, or SaaS.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, even with large amounts of information.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication.




- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Organized enough to manage multiple tasks and client accounts at once.

Nice to Have

- Previous internship or project experience in Customer Success, research, digital. marketing, content, or account management.
- Familiarity with GEO, AI search, LLMs, or AI citations.
- Experience with Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, or similar tools.
- Experience building reports or working with data.
- Previous experience interacting directly with clients or customers.

Other Information

- Stipend: INR 10,000 per month
- Work timings: the team works between 11 AM and 7 PM IST. Outside of that, as long as you're hitting deadlines, work whenever suits you. Occasional exceptions apply when other time zones are involved.
- You'll be expected to set realistic deadlines and deliver on them.
- This internship has the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and mutual fit.
