About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate/Executive to manage customer relationships, support logistics operations, resolve operational issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer operations and resolve operational queries via calls and emails within SLA.
- Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams/vendors.
- Identify and resolve technical and non-technical operational challenges.
- Monitor and improve customer service and operational efficiency.
- Train team members and streamline day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and share daily/monthly/yearly operational performance reports.




- Build strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Experience in logistics/eCommerce operations is preferred.
- Robust English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to handle customers, vendors, escalations, and operational challenges.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Hindi + English preferred.
