Role Description The Customer Success Associate – International Process is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. In this position, you will manage customer interactions across international markets, ensuring timely responses to queries via phone, email, and chat.

You will monitor customer accounts, track service usage, and proactively address issues to improve satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer needs, coordinating with internal teams to resolve concerns, maintaining accurate documentation,



and sharing feedback to refine processes and service quality. You will also help identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, support onboarding, and contribute to meeting team performance and service-level targets.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Customer Engagement and Customer Support activities to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention through responsive and solution-oriented service.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Transparent and professional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic MS Office applications.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple customer requests while meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in customer success, customer support, BPO, or international process roles is preferred.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; relevant certifications in customer service or communication are beneficial.
