Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Solid customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Salary:
- Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC per month (Including PLI)
- Experience (Up to 1 Year): ₹27,000 CTC per month (Including PLI)

Preferred:
- Immediate joiners.
- Candidates willing to work from the office.
