About the Role

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for one of the largest international banking processes.

The role involves handling international customers over calls, understanding their banking-related queries, resolving customer concerns, and providing a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice calling.
- Assist customers with banking-related queries and services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.

Eligibility
- HSC / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Candidates with International Calling / International BPO experience are preferred.
- Graduate freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication is mandatory.




- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Shift & Working Details
- 24/7 Rotational Shifts

- Any 9 hours working
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-Offs

Transportation Facility Company transportation is available within the following boundaries:
- Malad to Kalyan

- Malad to Panvel

- Malad to Churchgate

- Malad to Virar

Important Requirements
- Candidates must have all employment-related documents for the last 5 years.
- No absconding record in the last 5 years.
- UAN verification/check will be conducted.
- Candidates should be able to provide complete and genuine employment documentation.
