We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience handling Canadian clients through an international voice process, be proficient in Salesforce CRM, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The role primarily involves scheduling service appointments, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from Canadian clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate service appointments for products.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues over calls and emails.
- Accurately update customer information, service requests, and case details in Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate with field technicians and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status, appointments, and issue resolution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
- Meet established service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in Salesforce.
