Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to handle inbound leads and Outbound generated through our brand website. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and customer customer leads and queries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Communicate product features, pricing, and availability clearly.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-first approach with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage interactions efficiently.
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is preferred.
