Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a remote, full-time role. The person in this role will reach out & respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of questions related to Chop Finance’s services and platform. Daily responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls, handling support tickets, guiding customers through product features, documenting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems.

The representative will also gather customer feedback,



contribute to improving the overall customer experience, and maintain clear, skilled communication that reflects the company’s values.

Qualifications

- Customer service skills, including Customer Service representative experience.
- Customer support capabilities and handling service requests efficiently.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and Customer Experience, with an ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clear and empathetic interaction across channels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of financial or accounting services is an advantage, especially in a startup or MSME context.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role; a diploma or degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with common customer support tools and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
