We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining robust relationships with customers, handling customer queries and complaints, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their queries, requests, and concerns.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
- Follow up with customers regarding service appointments, vehicle/service status, complaints, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the Service, Sales, Parts, Warranty, and Accounts departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect customer feedback after service or sales transactions.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Escalate unresolved or critical customer complaints to the concerned manager.
- Monitor pending customer complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database/CRM.
- Inform customers about service schedules, maintenance requirements, campaigns, and relevant dealership offers.
- Support the service team in improving customer experience and retention.
- Prepare basic reports related to customer complaints, feedback, follow-ups, and satisfaction levels.
- Ensure professional handling of customers at all times and represent the dealership positively.
- Participate in customer engagement activities and dealership events when required.
- Perform other customer-relations and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
