Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries, freight rate requests, and quotations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, agents, and internal teams for competitive pricing.
- Prepare accurate and timely freight quotations.
- Follow up with customers on quotations and shipment requirements.
- Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure prompt query resolution.
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain updated freight rates and pricing records.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
- Experience in pricing, quotations, or customer service preferred.
- Good knowledge of ocean freight, FCL/LCL, and shipping processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
