Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses through email and telephone.

- Coordinate Sea Freight and Air Freight shipments from booking to delivery.

- Provide customers with regular updates on shipment status, schedules, ETD/ETA, delays, and delivery.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, customs/operations teams, and other stakeholders.

- Prepare and share freight quotations based on customer requirements.

- Follow up on bookings, shipment documentation, cargo movement, and delivery status.

- Assist in preparing and checking shipping and freight-forwarding documents.

- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.

- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service-related issues professionally.

- Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in ERP/CRM systems.





- Ensure timely follow-up on pending shipments, documentation, and customer requests.

- Prepare regular shipment/customer-service reports as required.

- Maintain professional communication with UAE-based customers and business partners.

Requiremetns

- FreshersGraduate/Diploma in any discipline.

- Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related qualifications will be an advantage.

- Good English communication and email-writing skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

- Strong willingness to learn freight-forwarding processes.

- Valuable coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
