Responsibility:

- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquires.

- Professionally handle the customer call as per the company standard.

- Accurately logging the customer call in CAFM system.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints.

- Provide customers with product and service information.

- Identify and escalate priority issues.

- Route calls to appropriate resource.

- Follow up customer calls where necessary

- Prepare reports on customer calls & circulate aging reports to the Execution Team.

- Report the trend to the senior Executive.

- Validating the service report from the execution team & closing the service request logged in the CAFM.

- Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.

- Provide personalized customer service to the highest level.

- Coordinating with the QHSE Department for site related QHSE issues.





- Assist the site / departmental manager to execute the project/site day to day QHSE requirements.

- Provide assistance in implementation of QHSE management system to achieve the organizational goal.

- Coordinate with other departments for QHSE resources necessary for the workgroup.

- Assist the site/departmental manager to take corrective actions upon identification of the nonconformance.

- Report all near misses, dangerous occurrences and incidents.

- Assist the team in preparing incident reports.

- Assist the site/departmental manager to assess and execute the QHSE training requirements.

- Participate in the site QHSE meeting.

- Participate in the site level hazard identification and risk assessment team.

- Ensure all the workers under his/her management are aware of the internal QHSE alerts.
