We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Delhi office. Freshers with basic knowledge of customer handling and good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
- Assist customers with product, order, delivery, return, and replacement-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of customer service and communication.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
