Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

Manage ticket checking and guide guests to their respective screens/seats.

Assist customers with food & beverage orders and counter operations.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cinema premises.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints effectively.

Support daily cinema operations and ensure smooth customer experience.

Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.

Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

Qualification: 12th Pass or above

Freshers can apply.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Pleasant personality and positive attitude.

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
