Key Account Manager – UK Admissions

About the Role

Back2Study is looking for a motivated and student-focused Key Account Manager to support students aspiring to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom. You'll counsel prospective students, manage university application processes, assist with mock tests and admission preparation, and drive referrals through campaigns and lead engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound student leads for UK university admissions
- Guide students through the complete admission journey for UG, PG, and pathway programs
- Counsel students on university selection, courses, eligibility, and documentation
- Assist with application submissions and coordinate with university partners for offer letters
- Conduct mock tests and interview preparation sessions
- Follow up regularly to improve conversion rates and enrolments
- Generate referrals through campaigns and lead engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams on visa guidance and onboarding




- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, telesales, or student recruitment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Valuable understanding of UK higher education admissions is an advantage
- Confident in counselling, lead conversion, and relationship management
- Comfortable conducting calls, follow-ups, and student engagement activities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
