Are you someone who believes great client relationships are built on trust, communication, and genuine understanding?

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Mohali and take ownership of client relationships end to end.

This is not a traditional customer support role . You’ll manage a portfolio of 100–150 client families , understand their financial goals, and be their trusted point of contact through important financial decisions and life events.

? Position: Client Relationship Manager

? Location: Mohali

? Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)

? Experience: 2–5 Years

? What You’ll Do

✨ Manage and build long-term relationships with 100–150 client families

✨ Lead client onboarding and understand their goals, risk appetite & expectations

✨ Conduct regular client review meetings

✨ Proactively communicate during market movements and changing client circumstances

✨ Resolve client queries end to end and coordinate with internal teams

✨ Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of client requests

✨ Track relationship health, SIP continuity, reviews & escalations

✨ Identify opportunities across insurance, tax, estate planning and other financial needs





✨ Share client feedback to continuously improve the client experience

? What We’re Looking For

✅ 2–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory or client-facing FinTech

✅ Experience managing a client portfolio/book , preferably 100+ relationships

✅ Excellent English communication skills — written & verbal (Mandatory)

✅ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust

✅ Comfortable explaining financial concepts in a simple, calm and clear manner

✅ Working knowledge of mutual funds, asset allocation & tax implications

✅ Highly organized with strong follow-up and documentation skills

✅ Robust ownership mindset and focus on client outcomes

⭐ Good to Have

? NISM Series V-A Certification

? HNI / Mass-Affluent client experience

? Goal-based financial planning experience

? CRM / Advisor workflow platform experience
