SS Hyundai is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our Mavelikara branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, handling service-related queries, and ensuring a seamless service experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all customer interactions in the service department
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor service feedback and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for smooth workflow
- Maintain customer database and follow-up schedules
- Ensure adherence to company standards and service quality





Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship/service role (automobile industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of customer handling and complaint resolution
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Leadership and team coordination skills

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
