The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving vehicle sales by delivering a premium, consultative buying experience. Unlike a traditional transactional sales agent, the Relationship Manager acts as a single point of contact for the customer - managing everything from initial inquiry and product demonstration to financing coordination, vehicle delivery, and post-sale relationship building. The core objective is to achieve monthly sales quotas while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Target AchievementAchieve Quotas: Meet or exceed monthly individual targets for vehicle unit sales.Value-Added Services: Cross-sell extended warranties, official accessories, insurance, and service packages.Lead Conversion: Convert showroom walk-ins, digital inquiries, and telephonic leads into confirmed bookings.
2. Relationship Management & Customer ExperienceConsultative Selling: Greet customers, understand their lifestyle needs, and recommend the right vehicle variant.Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed walkthroughs of car features, safety specs, and technology.Test Drives: Organize, accompany,



and manage test drives to showcase vehicle performance.End-to-End Ownership: Guide the customer smoothly through the entire process, preventing hand-offs that disrupt the buyer's journey.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Relationship Manager position at the dealership, candidates must meet the following educational, licensing, and qualified criteria:

10th Standard (Matriculation): Cleared from a recognized educational board.

12th Standard (Intermediate): Cleared in any stream (Commerce, Science, or Arts) from a recognized board.

Graduation: A completed Bachelor’s degree (e.g., B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, or equivalent) from a recognized university. Driving License: A valid four-wheeler (car) driving license is mandatory. You must be confident in driving manual and automatic vehicles to conduct customer test drives.

Background Verification: Ability to provide clean educational certificates and reference checks upon selection.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
