Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain robust relationships with existing customers. Follow up with customers and leads regularly. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Update customer details and follow-up records in CRM software. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups. Collect customer feedback and work on improving customer satisfaction. Prepare daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM software is preferred. Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
