Sonali Group is looking for a Client Relationship Manager with 2-3 years of relevant experience for our Kolkata office. If you're someone who's valuable with people, quick on follow ups, and genuinely enjoys solving problems for clients, this role is for you.

Company Description Sonali Group is a fast-growing manufacturer and exporter of masterbatches and technical textiles from India. Candidates joining Sonali will be part of a growth-focused organization committed to innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Stay on top of client leads after orders are placed, right through to delivery
- Keep existing clients happy with strong after sales service
- Ask clients for honest feedback, not just the polite kind
- Manage the full client cycle from order receipt to payment collection




- Answer client queries and resolve issues quickly
- Explain our products and services clearly to clients and prospects
- Act as the first point of contact when something needs escalating
- Understand what the client actually needs and find a way to solve it

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience (mandatory)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Persistent, diligent, and a good problem solver
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Google Sheets
- Comfortable being reachable and available on calls
- Experience in the plastics, polymer, or masterbatch industry preferred
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali required
