- Key Responsibilities
- Register customer enquiries and prepare quotations
- Handle phone calls and manage email correspondence
- Follow up and negotiate with customers for order finalization
- Track and follow up on order execution
- Perform data management and analysis
- Handle additional tasks assigned by management/team leader

1. Skills & Experience Requirements1. Communication & Presentation Skills (Mandatory)

- Patient listener with strong communication skills
- Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi
- Ability to clearly communicate with customers and internal teams
- Problem-solving and coordination skills

2. Attitude & Flexibility (Mandatory)

- Strong team player with collaborative mindset
- Willingness to work extended hours when required

3. Technical – Computer Skills (Mandatory)

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- AutoCAD knowledge (added advantage)
- ERP/SAP knowledge (optional)

Technical – Electrical Background (Mandatory)

- BE/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of electrical equipment and terminology

5. Experience (Mandatory)

- 2–3 years in Electrical Switchgear Industry

6. Travel Requirements

- Willingness to travel to customer locations (TA provided)
- Own/public transport required
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)

Qualification: Candidates should have completed BE In EEE. Gender: Preferably Male or female.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
