Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Officer to manage student interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless learning experience. You will be the first point of contact for students and play a key role in nurturing relationships that drive student satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person to address queries and provide guidance.
- Maintain records of student interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Assist in onboarding new students and guide them through courses and programs.
- Collaborate with the sales and training teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance student engagement, retention, and satisfaction.




- Prepare reports on student feedback, satisfaction levels, and recurring issues.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or student support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Empathetic, patient, and able to handle multiple student interactions efficiently.
