Role Overview The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. This role is critical in enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting the sales team, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate client information and follow-ups.
- Manage all incoming leads from marketing campaigns, website, social media, channel partners, walk-ins, and referral sources.
- Allocate leads to the sales team based on predefined rules and workload distribution.
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls for confirmations, documentation, and updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, site visits, and client interactions.
- Track lead progress and ensure timely closure of meetings & site visits leading to sales opportunities.
- Generate and share daily/weekly reports on CRM activities and sales pipeline.
- Ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to post-sales support.
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and enhance efficiency.
- Act as the central coordination point between Sales, Marketing, and Management.
- Ensure adherence to CRM SOPs, follow-up rules, and lead-dumping policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
