- Handle front desk and reception duties
- Attend and manage customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins)
- Convert leads into bookings/sales
- Maintain customer records and provide excellent client support
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, well-presented, and customer-focused
- Prior experience in reception or sales is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
