As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing our brand and values. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication channels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic knowledge of data privacy and security practices.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to recent technologies.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
