About the Role

OX Agry Pvt Ltd is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage the end-to-end machinery-service relationship through our digital platform.

This is a customer relationship, booking, and operations coordination role — not a telecalling role.

You will coordinate the complete service journey from farmer booking to machinery allocation, field coordination, work completion, and customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end customer relationship throughout the machinery-service journey.
- Handle farmer and machinery-owner queries and booking requests.
- Manage and coordinate machinery bookings through the OX Agry digital platform.
- Check booking requirements and allocate suitable machinery based on availability.
- Explain machinery services, offers, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Schedule machinery and coordinate with machinery owners and operators.
- Follow up on bookings until the farm work is successfully completed.
- Handle operational queries from farmers, machinery owners, and operators.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain solid relationships with farmers and collect post-service feedback.
- Escalate complaints and recurring issues appropriately.
- Accurately update booking and operational information in the OX Agry application.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent.

Experience

- 2–10 years of relevant experience in customer relationship, operations, coordination, or customer-facing roles.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply for the Customer Relationship Executive Internship.
- The internship will provide practical exposure to customer relationship management, digital platform operations, machinery bookings, and service coordination.
- Based on performance and business requirements, successful interns may be considered for full time employment after completing the 3-month internship.

Language Skills

- Fluency in Tamil is essential.




- Basic English reading and writing skills.

Technical Skills

- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and mobile applications.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable handling operational calls with farmers, machinery owners, and operators.
- Ability to use digital platforms to update bookings, customer details, and operational information.
- Basic English for application usage and simple reports.

- Ability to manage multiple bookings and follow-ups.

Agricultural Knowledge

- Knowledge of agricultural machinery, farming terms, or agricultural services is not required.
- Candidates with such knowledge may have an added advantage.
- Relevant product, process, machinery-service, and basic agricultural knowledge will be covered as part of the training provided after joining.

Work Location & Schedule

- Location: Palani, Tamil Nadu
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- First Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Second Shift: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Shift Rotation: Weekly rotation between first and second shifts
- Weekly Off: One rotational weekly off
- Work from Home: Not available

Salary & Benefits Salary: Based on experience and finalized during the offer discussion.

Performance Incentives: Performance-based seasonal incentives may be applicable during peak agricultural seasons. Incentives are variable, non-guaranteed, and subject to business requirements and management discretion.
