We are looking for a confident and highly communicative Customer Relationship Executive to manage enquiries from prospective students and maintain positive relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms.
- Explain our courses, fees, schedules and admission process clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates and support them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups.
- Build friendly and professional relationships with students and prospects.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malayalam.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media.
- Previous experience in customer relations, telecalling, counselling or sales is preferred.
