About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to implement and maintain quality systems,ensuring compliance with standards, performing audits, resolving issues, and supporting manufacturing on need basis. You will actively monitor customer feedback and complaints to identify recurring patterns or trends that highlight areas for improvement. By systematically tracking this data, you should identify the root causes of quality issues by performing root cause analysis.

A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience are required for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the investigation, tracking, and resolution of customer quality complaints.

● Failed parts investigation, dispatch management and shipping quality improvement.

● Use structured problem-solving tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone/FMEA diagrams to find the cause of field failures.

● Review and validate 8D reports shared by internal teams and share to customers.

● Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits to find gaps to fill to ensure operations follow standards like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.

● Document and maintain quality documents such as audit reports, drawings, and WIS, etc.

● Promote product issues & take countermeasures.





● Represent the voice of the customer internally, hosting customer audits, reviews, and quality visits.

● ⁠Gather customer feedback and data to drive internal product and process improvements.

● Monitor quality metrics and analyse root causes for continuous improvement.

● Cost of Quality calculation and reduction of poor-quality activity.

● Warranty claims/cost monitoring, reduction & supplier chargeback.Customer

What We’re Looking For:

● 3–5 years of experience in Customer quality, ideally in Automotive/EV manufacturing.

● Hands-on experience with statistical analysis tools like Minitab, QC tools and data interpretation.

● Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (for automotive).

● Ability to coordinate with the customer and CFT.

● Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Office tools, and working knowledge of JIRA preferred.

● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
